Double Exhibition: Miriana D’Alessandro and Francesco Politano, curated by Beatrice Levorato. RUFA Space from 30 June to 2 July 2021.
At RUFA Space the exhibition featuring two third-year students of Painting: Miriana D’Alessandro and Francesco Politano aka Tanek. The work of both artists blends into a multisensory installation aimed at re-creating a space that makes the viewer feel lost; the viewer is led to lose all reference points, to visit the exhibition in a new way.
The artists aim to annul the sense of sight as much as possible, amplifying the other senses accordingly. A muffled setting is thus created, a path, a crossing. Installative, performative, graphic and sound works will be on show, with which the aim is to revolutionise space. Curated by Beatrice Levorato, the two artists meet in the desire to remove the point of reference that is sight and lead the viewer to think about sensations.
