UA system for assessing the quality of life in the work environment, designed with a collaborative approach
Don’t Hug Me System is a system for monitoring and controlling harassment, discrimination and the quality of life in general at work.
Work is a source of psychological support, as well as economic. I have decided to focus on something that for me is an underestimated problem: the protection of workers against psychosocial risks that arise from particular interactions or discrimination.
Through interviews with lawyers and syndicalists and thanks to the group activities carried out during the research phase, I was able to map some of the most unpleasant interactions at work in a sort of “scale of severity”. Having this broad view of the phenomenon has allowed me to design an ecosystem composed of several touch-points, thanks to which to report and expose anonymously unwelcome behavior.
