Paolo Del Brocco is manager, journalist and adjunct professor in several universities. He is currently CEO of Rai Cinema. He’s board member of “The National Cinema Museum of Turin” and board member of Football Club “U.S. Lecce”. He’s also a member of “Giunta Anica” (national association of film industry) and a member of EFA (European Film Academy). In 2017 he was a member of the jury at the “Tiantian award – Beijing film festival” and in 2018 he was the president of the jury at Moscow International Film Festival. Paolo Del Brocco has been included in Variety500 since 2017, an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global media industry. Under his guidance, during the last 10 years, Rai Cinema has co-produced more than 650 Italian movies and more than 435 Italian documentaries, becoming the most important Italian production company and, with the 01 distribution unit, released a slew of Italian hits, becoming the top Italian distributor with 13% of market share on average.
