Giulia Boccarossa is an independent graphic designer and art director who lives and works between Milan and Rome.
Giulia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from UNIRSM-IUAV and later a Master’s degree in Communication and Publishing Design from ISIA U.
Her work has received several awards, including the Historical Book Award in 2020 at Les Rencontres d’Arles, a special mention in the ADI Index Catalogue the same year, and the Marco Bastianelli Award. She was also a finalist for the Fedrigoni Top Award 2020 and was nominated for the PHoto ESPAÑA Awards in 2023 and 2024, as well as for the Les Rencontres d’Arles Book Awards in 2023. Additionally, Giulia is a graphic design tutor for the 3rd and 4th editions of PhMuseum’s Photobook Masterclass FOLIO.
