Gaia Richelli works as a Game Director at ONE-O-ONE GAMES, the same video game studio behind “The Suicide of Rachel Foster” and “Fury Roads Survivors”.
Having grown up with a passion for videogames, she started her career in 2018 as a Quality Assurance Analyst, working on polishing and bug fixing for “The Suicide of Rachel Foster”, released on PC, Mac, PlayStation 4, XboxOne and Nintendo Switch. In 2020, she worked on the design of “Ping Pong Arcade”, creating and balancing game mechanics, AI difficulty and progression systems. In 2021, she continued her career as a game designer by designing and coordinating the development of “The Rude Awakening”, a project co-funded by the European Union’s “Creative Europe” programme, which was also ported to mobile a year later under her own direction. Today, Gaia works as the studio’s Game Director, managing several game projects.
