Elbert Moritz

RUFA faculty member based at the Milan Campus.
Moritz Elbert is a communication designer and independent exhibition maker.
Of German nationality and trained in Italy, he graduated in Industrial Design and specialized in museography at the
Politecnico di Milano. He then moved abroad, where he specialized in contemporary art curation.
With his studio, he has carried out communication campaigns, setups, exhibitions, and research projects in Italy, Portugal, France, Sweden, and Norway, collaborating with museum institutions such as the Gulbenkian Foundation and the Museum of Sciences in Lisbon, the National Museum Institute and the Portuguese Ministry of Culture, La Villette in Paris, the Venice Biennale, and the Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation in Venice. In Venice, he founded the sustainable mobility technology startup eneu.
He is involved in design and research in the academic field between Munich and Venice, where he lives and works. Starting in 2024, he will teach design and planning in Vienna and Milan.
