Michele Pasta, graduated from “Scuola Internazionale di Comics” back in 2013.
From 2013 to 2016 he started his artistic career with “BOOM!Studios” and “Titan Comics” as Elena Casagrande’s assistant. At the same time he also worked, for DC comics, teaming up with David Messina and Gaetano Carlucci.
From 2016 to 2018 he officially made his debuts in IDW Publishing on “Rom, the space knight”, drawn and colored by David Messina and written by Chris Ryall and Cristos Gage. Michele had two story arcs and an issue on the character’s origins.
In 2018 he realised a cover for IDW on issue #84 of TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and started a new collaboration with Arianna Florean for “Star Wars Adventures” (IDW Publishing).
Since 2019, he has been working on a personal project, not yet published, and is currently collaborating with ‘Sergio Bonelli Editore’ on works in progress.
From 2016 to the present day, he teaches at the ‘International School of Comics’, curating several courses including: a specialisation course in American comics, a course on inking techniques and styles, a workshop on traditional inking and a specialisation course on the Clip Studio Paint programme.
From 2018 to the present day, he collaborates with the San Leone Magno Institute teaching drawing to children and young people.
