The extraordinary climate of these months of emergency related to Covid-19 is the theme at the center of the fourth edition of the photo contest organized by “Quotidiano Energia”, published by Gruppo Italia Energia, which aims to spread independent information able to improve knowledge and operations in increasingly complex markets, in a synergistic mix of channels and integration with social media, so as to promote networking between companies, offering monitoring and analysis of industrial areas, creating value for stakeholders.
The photographs should depict the country back in operation after the spring activities have been blocked. The project is based on a simple and immediate concept: in order to get back on track, energy is needed, in the sense of the word and in the figurative sense of the strength needed to rebuild and relaunch. The “Quotidiano Energia” competition is open to those photos taken during the lockdown that immortalize workers in essential sectors, such as energy, who never stopped and who continued to operate during the emergency.
The jury includes: Romina Maurizi director of Quotidiano Energia, Agnese Cecchini director of Canale Energia, Antonio Politano photographer and journalist, Maurizio Riccardi director of AGR Group, Giulia Tornari director of Contrasto, Isabella Bassi communication & media advisor of Esso Italiana, Stefano Saladino communication and marketing manager of Rinascita Digitale.
“Quotidiano Energia” will choose the finalist works and will assign a voucher, valid for one year, worth a thousand euros for the purchase of photographic material. All the selected works will be the subject of a photo gallery on the Flickr page of QE and used by Gruppo Italia Energia’s magazines to accompany articles and news, published on the websites of sponsors and affiliated companies, always citing the author.
