The opening of the group exhibition MOTUUM on January 16th, at RUFA Space, curated by Alice Pietrucci, was a great success. The seven participatory art installations allowed the third year students of the School of Photography to use an approach in creating art that directly involved the public and allowed them to become co-author, editor and observer of the same artistic work.
An exibition created to allow the people present to get involved, and which testifies that the idea that contemporary art is usable for a small circle of people is now outdated.
Cristina Cannistraci, Anna Di Rocco, Amparo Lavezzo, Sonia Bouslama, Amedeo Longo, Rachele Alessandrelli, Nicola Russo, Cristina De Rosa, Fabiana Scattarreggia are the authors who have exhibited the works on the theme “the research carried out by the observer to regain active consciousness and recognize, through his analytical ability, his role and the space/time he physically occupies”.
The exhibition can be visited until 21st January 2020 from 10 am to 6 pm, at RUFA Space, Pastificio Cerere Via degli Ausoni 7.
