Myllennium Award 2025

The new edition of the Myllennium Award is officially open, the prize that for eleven years has celebrated the commitment and creativity of young Italians under 30. With over €340,000 in cash prizes and concrete opportunities for professional growth, the Myllennium Award – promoted by the Barletta Group and the homonymous Foundation – recognizes the most innovative and promising projects in key sectors such as writing, journalism, music, startups, social entrepreneurship, cinema, and urban regeneration.

Since 2015, the Myllennium Award has attracted over 5,300 participants, rewarding more than 330 young talents from all over Italy and distributing over €1.5 million in cash and professional opportunities.

Applications are open until May 5, 2025, and the award ceremony will take place on July 9, 2025, at Villa Medici in Rome.

The prize stands out for its inclusive approach and strong connection to the country’s social and cultural reality. A committee of experts, including academics, journalists, artists, and entrepreneurs, will evaluate the submitted projects. Winners will gain access to scholarships, internships, publishing contracts, and visibility through collaborations with nationally and internationally relevant organizations and companies.

The categories in competition for this edition are: MyBOOK (nonfiction and fiction), MyREPORTAGE (journalism and digital content), MySTARTUP (tech and innovative entrepreneurship), MySOCIALIMPACT (social entrepreneurship), MyJOB (professional training), MyFRAME (cinema), MyMUSIC (music), MySPORT (sports and dual careers), MyCITY (urban regeneration and art), and MyBRICKS (arts and craftsmanship).
