Marte Film Festival

RUFA partner Marte Studios announces the Marte Film Festival, a unique event dedicated to cinema and creativity.

The Marte Film Festival will take place along the banks of the Tiber, at the picturesque “Industrie Fluviali” in Rome, during the month of March. The festival will also stop in Palermo and Milan, offering a day filled with cinema, creativity, and innovation, in honor of the god Mars.
This year’s theme, “The Voice of Youth,” offers a privileged space to the younger generations, telling their stories, dreams, and visions of the world through cinematic language. The festival’s goal is to create a platform that gives a voice to young directors and creatives, allowing them to inspire and be inspired.

The Marte Film Festival welcomes films of all kinds, including:
Feature Films
Short Films
Documentaries
Fiction Films
Animated Films

There are no limits to creativity! If you have a work that can contribute to the celebration of youth diversity and creativity, it is welcome.
In addition to the film festival days, the event will also host a Film Industry Day, designed to connect producers, distributors, and authors. It will be an opportunity to present new projects, discuss current topics, and plan future collaborations.

Awards and Recognitions
Winners in each category will receive a commemorative statue of Mars and participate in a live panel during the event. We will dive into each author’s creative processes through podcasts and dynamic activities.

Registrations are managed through the FilmFreeway platform, and all films must be subtitled in Italian or English.
