These achievements significantly contributed to the academy’s success, resulting in an annual revenue growth of 20%.
Alessandro Montel, Group CEO of Plena Education, stated: “We would like to thank Alessandro Mongelli for his outstanding contributions in positioning RUFA as a center of excellence in higher artistic and creative education. His leadership and commitment have been instrumental in achieving remarkable results. We are equally thrilled to welcome Melany Parasole in her new role. Our heartfelt congratulations and full support go to Melany.”
Alessandro Mongelli, President of the RUFA Board of Directors, also shared his best wishes: “Thanks to an extraordinary team effort marked by dedication, commitment, and motivation, we have exceeded expectations, achieving most of the strategic and developmental goals of our five-year plan ahead of schedule, which began in 2020. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Melany Parasole, who I am certain will be guided by the same passion and determination that have characterized our journey so far.”
Melany Parasole, commenting on her appointment, stated: “It is a great honor for me to take on the role of CEO of RUFA, an institution I have had the privilege to see grow. At the center of every academic project will continue to be the students and the importance of education as a tool to develop emerging talents and prepare them for future challenges. The academic world is constantly evolving, and as an academic community, we must be ready to face innovations with a collaborative spirit. Our goal is to consolidate our educational and scientific mission, enhancing our ability to innovate, supporting the growth of our students, and valuing our contribution to society. We are committed to ensuring that RUFA remains an inclusive, stimulating, and excellence-oriented environment, focusing on sustainability values, with particular attention to social responsibility and gender equality.”
