RUFA and Saint Louis College of Music students have collaborated on a project combining film music, original compositions and soundtracks, by Saint Louis Composition, Film scoring and Applied Music students, with images created by the Photography and Audiovisual Department of RUFA.
Fragments, sounds and images from the Saint Louis Factory in Rome. Sound and visual suggestions, performed by the Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Gianluca Podio, Maestro Adriano Melchiorre, and the young Saint Louis composers. An encounter with the most interesting works, the fruit of a year of research in a free context of artistic creation, emotional development and cultural growth, and of a close and fruitful collaboration between the two AFAM Institutes, which has made it possible to combine the musical inspiration of the Saint Louis students with the visual creativity of the RUFA students. The performance will take the audience by the hand through an intriguing musical journey, a meeting point of languages, styles, solutions and experimentation.
Each composition is a different personal conception of the music-image-emotion relationship, narrated by an extraordinary symphony orchestra that will play on the images created by RUFA students.
