La Sapienza University of Rome has promoted a third mission project entitled “Medicine and art: red shoes at La Sapienza”, for which a group of medical experts, nurses, psychologists, lawyers and artists will bring the problem of violence against women and the strategies to contrast and prevent it to the attention of students.
RUFA enrolled will also have their say. The experience, in fact, intends to involve animators and illustrators who will be able to produce and send their works to the FilmFreeway website.The selected works will be projected during a conference that will take place in a classroom of La Sapienza, in spring 2021.
The selected illustrations and short films will be published on the website of La Sapienza and the department of experimental medicine that is the promoter of this initiative.
To give maximum visibility to the initiative, links to other Italian and foreign universities are provided. The selection will take place starting from October 2020.
The three winning Directors will be invited to the screening. The selected short films will receive a laurel crown to be published on their websites and social networks. For all information contact Stefania Mardente.
