Art, screenings, concerts and much more. The district of Altona in Hamburg, Germany, is preparing to host the “STAMP Festival”, thus becoming an interdisciplinary cultural hub with music, theatre, dance, cinema and literature. There are more than 200 artists and about 180 associations and organizations that, year after year, make the event unique and always different.
The first edition of the “STAMP Festival” dates back to 2010. The protagonist is the street: it turns into a museum, art gallery, stage, cinema and disco. Without forgetting the aspects connected to specific sports disciplines loved by the new generations, such as parcour and skating. During the Festival there are also two different parades: one at night and one during the day, to make the participation of young people from all over the world even more emotionally involving. For 2020 the Festival will be held from June 19 to 21. The attention, for this edition, is focused, with seminars and speeches, on the theme of freedom.
The Altonale and the STAMP Festival in Hamburg/Germany are looking for young European artists (aged 18 to 30) from all fields: visual arts, dance, theatre, cinema, show business, music, circus, literature, etc. For the period from 19.06.2020 to 21.06.2020 they will offer a creative stay during the festival with workshops and conferences on the theme FREEDOM.
