Autumn is the season of the senses. Listening and perceiving, seeing and sensing. A sound, a colour, an image. It is not by chance that it is in autumn that we harvest, that we harvest the best fruits of what has matured in summer. This is probably the reason why we start again in autumn.
And to celebrate the arrival of autumn and the new academic year, RUFA and the Pastificio Cerere Foundation have organized a day of inauguration. On September 24th at 6 p.m., at RUFA Space, the students of the Master course in Multimedia (Laura Arcangeli, Daniela Gentile, Filippo Gualazzi, Yunfeng Liu, Emanuela Mottola) present Uroboros, an artistic project born from a 12-kilometre walk through some of the most significant districts of our city.
In the spaces of the Fondazione Pastificio Cerere, at 7 p.m., Objects and Sounds, the first solo exhibition in Italy of the Finnish artist Jonna Kina, curated by Manuela Pacella, will be inaugurated. A research that takes place in a liminal space between sound, language and image, through mainly filmic, installation, sound and photographic works. Jonna Kina will also collaborate with our Academy for the realization of an artistic workshop in the October session.
