It will be a very intense September the one planned by RUFA. On Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 there will be admission tests for the first and second level courses proposed by the Academy of Fine Arts legally recognized by the Miur. The Rome University of Fine Arts is an integral part of the university sector of higher education in art and music and issues academic diplomas equivalent to three-year and master degrees. Wide and diversified connections and exchanges with European and non-European countries, thanks to the Erasmus+ circuit and the partnership signed with Aiesec. Every year a delegation of students of the Academy moves to the States, to live an extraordinary experience of research and study at the School of Visual Arts in New York. RUFA also collaborates with the Delegation of the European Union to the Council of Europe, the Holon Institute of Technology, the Goethe-Institut, the French Academy and Central Saint Martins in London. In this sense, the Rome University of Fine Arts confirms its international vocation. Academic courses in English are already available. The admission test should therefore be understood as an opportunity to assess one’s own aptitudes and motivations, to understand clearly what the training path within RUFA could be. It is the ideal opportunity to take the first step in an innovative training environment, attentive to the dynamics that interact in the world of professions, connected in a direct and engaging way to the contemporary. The admission tests, of course, vary depending on the course chosen.
Saturday, September 14, however, will again be Open Day. For those who want to get in touch with the RUFA – Experience there will be the opportunity to meet staff, teachers and students, you can visit the spaces, equipment and laboratories of the various locations of the Academy. Introductory lessons will be organized on the various teaching courses and you can experience the technologies that characterize the creative professions, such as cinema, photography, painting, sculpture, design, set design, visual design and media art. Exceptional location is the headquarters of RUFA Pastificio Cerere, in the heart of the San Lorenzo district, a symbol of the culture of Rome. Here it will be possible to experiment and put oneself to the test: without schemes and without filters. And on the top floor, the RUFA Arena, a street soccer field overlooking the rooftops of the city.
