On December 16th and 17th 2017, the 5th edition of As Film Festival (AsFF) will be held in Rome, at the MAXXI auditorium, National Museum of XXI Arts, organized by the Not Equal association and with the artistic direction of Giuseppe Cacace. AsFF is the first international film festival realized with the active participation of people who recognize themselves in the autistic condition and Asperger’s syndrome. AsFF is a necessary festival, with free admission, able to promote quality cinema and, at the same time, to allow those organizing it to feel an active part of the social and cultural life of the country. This is why, as the claim reads, AsFF is a festival that is the same as the others, but different.
RUFA is partner of the initiative and will award the RUFA Special Prize to one of the short films selected by a jury made up of Academy Cinema students.
